Sorry guys for the late entry posting..hehe..as u know life getting so buzier day by day..seems 24 hours a day isn't enough..well..we're ones who need to manage d time precisely...berbalik pada atkins..alya still lagi on track..walaupun kdg2 terbabas..then alya bangun bertatih lagi untuk dapatkan aim alya...ok back to menu....hihihi
Breakfast: 2 biji telur rebus
Dinner: Grilled beef with carrot
Breakfast: 2 sosej + telur goreng
Lunch: Ampela + sawi celur
Dinner: Grilled beef + sawi + tomato
Breakfast: 1/2 cooked eggs
Lunch: kerapu goreng + carrot mayonnaise
Dinner: Udang goreng + Cabbage mayo + ulam timun
Breakfast: 4 sosej + sos cili sikit
Oncall Mode:
Breakfast: 2 half cooked eggs
Lunch: Scramble eggs + Mayonis
Dinner: 2 ayam goreng
Dinner: 3 ayam goreng + mayonis
Alhamdullilah..on 3rd weeks ni alya berjaya buat atkins walaupun ada kantoi gak..alya dah TERRRR....makan...nasi 2 suap, karipap 1 biji, eskrim 1 batang, teh ais, n mee goreng 3 suap..tapi alya cepat2 balik on track...hehehe...sungguh rasa menyesal alya dah kantoi tapi xpela jangan give up then alya sangat puas hati walaupun macam tu berat alya still turun...now dah angka 5 kat depan..xpercaya???huhu..next entry okay...
