Day #3 Menu

Okay..terlampau rajin update post in a one row..hehe..xpela yang penting jadi termotivasi nak teruskan diet atkins next..next..next...next day til i get my ideal weight..hehehe

Ni dia menu utk hari ketiga..


Breakfast: 2 biji telur rebus 3/4 masak + white pepper


 Lunch: 1 Ayam goreng + 2 keping paru goreng + sayur kailan tumis bilis


Dinner: Plain buttered prawn + 1 tomato

Juz for sharing...utk masak sayur kailan tu..alya tambah kicap masin..bosan gak pakai garam at least rasa masakan akan bervariasi..tapi juz aware of carb,,alya guna yang zero carb kicap masin...ni dia contohnya..


Yes..actually this kicap utk org yang ada diabetic but its okay for us..lagi bagus..


Its Zero carbs..yeayy!!

Then i had one cup of nescafe between lunch and dinner...btw dinner perlu sebelum pukul 9 malam..WAJIB!!!...tak percaya bleh minum nescafe dlam diet atkins???hehe...xpahit ke??btw rahsianya from this stuff...Equal Sweetener..


Ni dia yang tolong alya keep on d track..hehehe..ada 50 small sachet dalam ni.. 


Bestkan kita still dapat minum nescafe tanpa rasa pahit..sebenarnya sweetener ni xsemanis gula biasa yang kita guna buat air tu..at least dia dpt hilangkan rasa pahit kalo nk minum nescafe or tea..btw juz limit for 1 sachet a day okei??

Yang penting carbs counter kena slalu kita perhatikan jangan sampai lebih 20g carbs a day in inducion phase okei...ni yang best pasal atkins..tak perlu berlapar dan berpantang tapi berat tetap turun everyday...4th day nak timbang...yaeayyy!!!xsabar...

  1. @xsenkamen: Equal tu alya beli kat sini..xsure kt msia ada kt mana..btw rasanya mana2 sweetener bleh pakai asalkan low carbs n x lebih kita punya daily carbs intake.ok..don't give up!!
